JAKARTA — The video of the new Barcelona player Franck Kessie hitting Ansu Fati in a training session until it went viral on social media.

Barcelona is currently on the agenda for a pre-season tour of the United States. They have just played their first match in Uncle Sam's Country against Inter Miami on Wednesday, July 20 tomorrow.

Kessie as a new player in the squad has also undergone a serious training session. He even hit Ansu Fati hard and made it look as if he was flying before landing on the ground.

The incident happened to be recorded and shared on social media. Suddenly the clip was immediately attacked by netizens' comments.

"Kessie makes Fati fly," wrote one netizen.

"New players need to relax bro," another fan wrote in a retweet of the post.

Other fans even joked that Kessie's actions would put Ansu Fati out of action for at least five months.

Please note, Ansu Fati himself has just recovered from his injury. The 19-year-old had previously been out for a long time before returning earlier this year.

Kessie has just officially become a Barcelona player on a four-year contract. He has been registered for La Liga and is now officially a Blaugrana squad.

The Ivory Coast international is currently in the squad for the pre-season tour of the United States. Previously he made his debut when Barca were held to a 1-1 draw by EU Olot.
