This Is The First Time I've Tried The Termas De Rio Hondo Circuit, This Is Mario Aji's Mission In Moto3 Argentina

JAKARTA - Indonesian racer, Mario Suryo Aji, is aiming for better results during the Argentina Moto3 race, this weekend. For that, the Honda Team Asia racer must be more consistent starting from free practice sessions to racing.

Moto3 Argentina will be held on April 2-3. The race was held at the Termas de Rio Hondo Circuit.

This circuit was tested for the first time by the racer from Magetan. He hopes to quickly adapt to the track in order to get maximum results.

"This is a new track for me, and my target is to quickly adapt and learn as quickly as possible," said Mario Aji, in an official statement released by Honda Team Asia.

"My goal is to get a better result than in Mandalika. I need to be more consistent but enjoy this weekend with the team," he continued.

In the Moto3 Mandalika race, two weeks ago, Mario Aji made history. He became the first Indonesian rider to start from the front row in Moto3.

Despite starting from third position, Mario Aji failed to get on the podium. However, the 18-year-old rider was able to collect two points after finishing in 14th position.

Not only Mario Aji who will debut at the Termas de Rio Hondo Circuit. His team-mate, Taiyo Furusato, will also make his first appearance in Argentina.

In fact, this is Furusati's first debut in the 2022 Moto3 season. In the first two races, the Japanese rider was absent due to an injury.

"Finally I made my debut in the world championship. I am ready to start. My goal is nothing more than to finish the race and build as much experience as possible," he said.
