JAKARTA – A mixed martial arts press conference in Russia turned into chaos. This incident went viral in a video that went viral.
According to the Daily Star, the chaos occurred at the Hype Fighting Championship press conference which took place earlier this month.
The mass brawl erupted after anger flared during a press conference. After that, a fighter holding a mic and wearing a feather jumper walked towards someone sitting on the stage.
The fighter in the feather jumper then swung his fist and instantly a fight broke out. The riot forced the security forces to come on stage to intervene and minimize the possibility of injury.

Hype Fighting Championship is a promotion company in Russia. After the incident the company admitted on Instagram that it 'could only happen to them' who were building interest in the fight by bringing the two fighting together in the studio.
"This is Hype Fighting. Conference fighting. This can only happen to us," the event organizers wrote on social media following the incident.
The commotion that occurred during the press conference is not the first time this has happened. UFC President Dana White has recently called for violence due to physical contact during a press conference.
He did so after Drakkar Klose suffered a neck sprain and concussion before his fight against Jeremy Stephens in April last year. This incident forced their duel at UFC Vegas 24 to be canceled and even now Klose has not been able to return to the octagon.
