The Robber Of The Debt Collector Mode At The Rawamangun Toll Gate Turns Out To Be A Fugitive From The East Jakarta Metro Police

East Jakarta Metro Police and Pulogadung Police Satreskrim arrested one perpetrator of robbery mode debt collector who took action on Jalan Jenderal Ahmad Yani, at the Rawamangun toll gate, Pulogadung, East Jakarta.

The perpetrator is known to have the initials RJM. In the action, the perpetrator acted with his friend DG who is still a DPO.

"The suspect has the initials RJM alias A and DG (DPO). The modus operandi is that the suspect stopped the victim who was still on the motorbike on the grounds that the motorbike was still on leasing installments. The two suspects have committed the crime several times," said East Jakarta Metro Police Chief Kombes Nicolas Ary Lilipaly to reporters, Monday, December 9.

According to the Police Chief, the suspects RJM and DG are fugitives from the East Jakarta Metro Police. However, one suspect with the initials RJM was arrested.

"They work as eagle eyes that use violent methods. In their action, they compete like debt collectors on the grounds that the victim's motorbike has not paid the motorcycle installments," he said.

Usually, the two perpetrators often look for crime targets in quiet areas from community activities.

"Both of them often act in Pulogadung, Duren Sawit, Jatinegara and Bekasi areas. They are in groups in action," he said.

From the confession of the suspect RJM to investigators, the suspect has often carried out robbery mode debt collectors.

"The suspect sold the motorbike resulting from the crime for Rp. 2 million to 5 million, depending on the brand. The suspect admitted that he was hit by the economy so he was desperate to commit the street crime," he said.

As a result of his actions, the suspect RJM was charged with Article 365 of the Criminal Code for his actions. Meanwhile, the suspect DG is still being sought by the police.

Previously, it was reported that a motorcyclist was a victim of robbery by two eagle eye actors who were the modus operandi of being a debt collector on Jalan Jenderal Ahmad Yani, in front of the Rawamangun toll gate, Pulogadung, East Jakarta.

In the actions of the two perpetrators, the victim was also beaten with a block stone by the perpetrator. The victim was hit by a stone by the perpetrator for resisting during the robbery.
