JAKARTA - The daily chairman of the Gerindra Party, Sufmi Dasco Ahmad, revealed the reasons for the pairs of presidential and vice presidential candidates for the Advanced Indonesia Coalition (KIM), Prabowo Subianto and Gibran Rakabuming to register with the KPU on the last day of registration on Wednesday, October 25.

Initially, Dasco explained about the direction from the General Chairperson of Gerindra Prabowo Subianto which was instructed to the cadres at Rapimnas today. Dasco explained that Prabowo reported the results of the meeting with the chairman of KIM who agreed to choose Gibran as his vice presidential candidate.

Samung Dasco cadres also agreed to immediately move to win the Prabowo-Gibran pair.

During the rapid health meeting, it was also agreed on the technical issues of registration at the KPU on Wednesday, October 25. However, the deputy chairman of the DPR is still keeping the technical registration a secret.

Dasco then revealed the reason for choosing Wednesday as the registration day for the Prabowo-Gibran pair to the KPU. According to him, there is no specific philosophy.
