Surya Paloh Will Give Wejangan To Anies-Muhaimin Before Registering With KPu

Chairman of the NasDem Party Surya Paloh will give a special speech to motivate the candidate pair for presidential and vice presidential candidates (readpres-readwapres) Anies Baswedan-Muhaimin Iskandar, before registering at the KPU office, Thursday (19/10) morning.

"Pak Surya Paloh will give a special speech. He will give a speech to motivate the candidates (Anies and Muhaimin) before heading to the KPU," said Secretary General of the NasDem Party DPP Hermawi Taslim at the Change Coalition House, Jakarta, reported by ANTARA, Wednesday, October 18.

Hermawi said Surya Paloh would also participate in escorting Anies and Muhaimin to register at the KPU to participate in the 2024 presidential election contestation.

"He (Surya Paloh) escorted (Anies and Muhaimin) to the KPU," he said.

According to him, in addition to the special speech delivered by Surya Paloh, the event in NasDem Tower will also be held a ceremony and prayer together so that the presidential and vice-presidential reading partners will be given convenience, smoothness, and victory in the 2024 General Election.

"In (NasDem Tower) we also prepared the event because as a last resort there must be many people, many PKB and PKS figures, volunteer figures, so there is a small ceremony, there is a prayer," he said.

Secretary General of the Prosperous Justice Party (PKS) Habib Aboe Bakar Al-Habsyi said Anies and Muhaimin would be escorted by components of the supporting party and volunteers starting after dawn prayers.

"God willing, the entire series of events (registration) tomorrow will begin after dawn. This is the spirit of victory from the Amin team, the Amin pair is ready to work early in the morning for the people," he said.

Aboe Bakar said the agenda would begin with the process of carrying out presidential and vice-presidential candidates to parents.

"This is part of all moral ethics and morals that the blessing of parents is the main thing for our national work," he continued.

Furthermore, the Anies-Muhaimin (AMIN) pair first stayed in touch with the PKS DPP office located at TB Simatupang, South Jakarta at 05.45 to 06.15 WIB before continuing the relationship to the PKB DPP at Raden Saleh, Central Jakarta at 06.15 to 07.15 WIB.

The AMIN pair will then visit the NasDem Party DPP at RP. Soeroso, Gondangdia, Central Jakarta at 07.15 to 07.45 WIB before moving to the General Election Commission (KPU) at 07.45 WIB.

"This shows a symbol of cohesiveness, togetherness and balance," said Aboe Bakar.

After registering, the two couples will conduct a national oration in front of the KPU for one hour from 09.45 to 10.45 WIB and then move to the Transjakarta HI Bus Stop and then to the Transjakarta stop at the Attorney General's Office and end the activity at the Fatmawati MRT station.
