Secretary General Of PKS: Cases That Ensnared NasDem Cadres Will Not Affect The Anies-Cak Imin Pair

JAKARTA - PKS Secretary General Aboe Bakar Al-Habsyi ensured that the case against NasDem Party cadres would not affect the winning pairs of candidates for president and vice president Anies Baswedan and Muhaimin Iskandar.

NasDem Party cadres caught in legal cases such as Jhonny G Plate and Syahrul Yasin Limpo.

"All cases do not affect us. We (The Coalition for Change) will continue and be upright," he said in Jakarta, quoted from Antara, Saturday, October 14.

He said let the legal case that ensnared SYL go according to the applicable legal procedure process. However, he emphasized that the Coalition for Amendments that carried Anies-Muhaimin remained committed and solid in winning the couple.

"All of us (the Coalition for Amendments) are committed and solid in winning Anies and Cak Imin," he said.

Meanwhile, Habib Aboe is still keeping it a secret regarding the National Team for Winning the Anies-Muhaimin pair.

"Later we will announce the names," he said.

He said the Change Coalition continues to open itself to parties that wish to join in expressing support for Anies and Cak Imin.

"Ahlan wa suhoolan we are waiting for," he said.

The General Treasurer of the NasDem Party DPP Ahmad Sahroni said that the legal case against Nasdem Party cadres such as Jhonny G Plate and Syahrul Yasin Limpo would not affect Anies-Muhaimin's victory.

"We support the KPK to process ongoing cases," he said.
