JAKARTA - Three regional-owned enterprises (BUMD) have proposed regional capital participation (PMD) in the APBD for the 2024 fiscal year. The three regional companies that proposed PMD were PT Jakarta Propertindo (Jakpro), PT MRT Jakarta, and PT Penjaminan Kredit Daerah (Jamkrida).

In 2024, the DKI Provincial Government is targeting the construction of the Velodrome-Manggarai route, which has 5 stations, to be able to continue its operations until the BPKP Scout Station.
Meanwhile, Jamkrida proposed that PMD of Rp. 200 billion will be used for business development and increased guarantee capabilities in 2024.
