Kaesang Will Meet Prabowo In The Near Future, Gerindra: Will We Give Support, We Are Not 'Ge-er'

Secretary General of the Gerindra Party Ahmad Muzani opened his voice about the leak that a red and white party would join the Advanced Indonesia Coalition (KIM) to support Prabowo Subianto as a presidential candidate in 2024. Muzani revealed that there will be a meeting of the Indonesian Solidarity Party (PSI) under the leadership of Kaesang Pangarep with the Head of Gerindra Prabowo Subianto in the near future. "So PSI did hear that there was a meeting with Pak Prabowo. But when, I frankly have not received confirmation," said Muzani in Central Jakarta, Monday, October 9. "Continue to meet in what context, whether to provide support to Pak Prabowo, of course we are not 'ge-er'," he continued. Nevertheless, Muzani hopes that PSI will provide its support to Prabowo to strengthen the coalition and victory of the defense minister in the upcoming 2024 presidential election. "Hopefully the meeting between Pak Prabowo and PSI in the next few days, a decision that can provide fresh air for us, namely to provide support to Pak Prabowo," said Muzani. According to him, support for Prabowo from anywhere and anyone is very important from Gerindra. "And we consider this to be part of a force that wants to fight together for the nation and state," he concluded. Previously, Gerindra Daily Chair Sufmi Dasco Ahmad leaked the color of the party that would join the Advanced Indonesia Coalition (KIM) in the near future. The color of the party is red and white. "(The color) is red and white," Dasco told reporters in Serpong, South Tangerang, Sunday, October 8.

However, Dasco has not divulged further about what party will join. He only said that his party was still waiting for confirmation of the party's declaration of joining KIM. "If it leaks again if you tell it. However, there must be a party that joins us, we are waiting for the game date," he said.
