JAKARTA - A teenage boy in Cilincing, North Jakarta, is suspected of being a victim of drinking hard water by two motorcyclists riding a motorcycle. The action was caught on CCTV cameras at the scene.

Dalam rekaman terlihat, korban sedang berjalan bersama teman perempuannya. Tiba-tiba datang pelaku dengan satu motor, dari arah belakang. Ketika sedikit melewat korban, pelaku yang dibondung menyerangkan air yang diduga aliran keras ke wajah korban.

Cilincing Police Chief, Police Commissioner Fernando Saharta Saragi confirmed the incident that occurred on Saturday night, September 30.

According to information, the act of sprinkling hard water was motivated by jealousy towards the victim with the initials A (19). However, Fernando admitted that he was still investigating the information.

"It is true that the incident occurred. The alleged perpetrator is still being investigated," Fernando said in a short message, Tuesday, October 3.

Fernando said that until now his party was still investigating the case. Fernando confirmed that the liquid was not hard water.

However, when asked what the liquid was related to, Fernando admitted that he did not know because it was still being checked. Moreover, regarding the chronology of the incident, Fernando also could not answer because the victim was still being questioned.

"Not hard water. The victim at the office (polsek) is still being questioned. (Then we) are still waiting for the progress of the member process in the field," he concluded.
