Papuan Police Chief Ensures Enforcement To KKB In The Bintang Mountains

JAYAPURA - Papua Police Chief Inspector General Mathius Fakhiri emphasized that law enforcement will be carried out against KKB members led bymanfaat Mimin who are currently carrying out shootings and attacks on security forces and civilians in Oksibil, Gunung Bintang Regency (Pegubin).

"I have ordered Karo Ops and Dirkrimum to prepare a team to be sent to Oksibil, Bintang Mountains Regency, Papua Mountains," explained Inspector General Fakhiri in Jayapura, quoted by ANTARA, Saturday, September 23.

The team sent by the Directorate of Criminal Investigation of the Papua Police will conduct a thorough investigation of both those who were shot and tortured and victims of arson so that all are in the legal process.
