The LGBT And Sejoli Couples Not Married Were Raided By Joint Officers At The Pasar Minggu Kos House

Officers raided a boarding house in the Pasar Minggu area, where LGBT and a couple were found in their room

JAKARTA A boarding house on Jalan Siaga Raya, West Pejaten, Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta was raided by joint officers from Satpol PP, Police and TNI, Tuesday night, September 19.

Monitoring at the location, officers entered the boarding room one by one for examination. As a result, an unmarried male and female couple were found in one room.

West Pejaten Village Head Asep Ahmad Umar explained that this raid was carried out because of the large number of complaints from the public regarding boarding houses that were used as places of prostitution.

"Complaints from the public regarding online prostitution activities, through the MiChat application," Asep told reporters, Tuesday, September 19.

Asep explained, in tonight's raid, four unmarried couples were in the room.

"From the results of identification in the field, it was found that there were around 11 boarding houses. Then we recorded that there were 4 couples who were not husband and wife," he said.

In addition, there is also a male couple with transvestites who are in the boarding house. Officers suspect that the two are the LGBT pair.

"It has been found that there is also a man and a transgender who we suspect is LGBT," he said

Recently, the pair who were caught were taken to the South Jakarta Pol PP Post. The goal is for further action.
