The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) ensures that the corruption of the social assistance (bansos) for the Family Hope Program (PKH) at the Ministry of Social Affairs (Kemensos) will continue to be investigated. The rebuttal of the former President Director (Managing Director) of PT Bhanda Ghara Reksa (BGR) who is also the former President Director of PT TransJakarta, Muhammad Kuncoro Wibowo to enjoy illicit money is not just believed.

"We will continue to investigate everything related to this case, of course," said Acting Deputy for Enforcement and Execution of the KPK Asep Guntur to reporters, Tuesday, September 19.

Asep explained that the article in the rice social assistance corruption case was Article 2 and Article 3 of the Anti-Corruption Law which resulted in state losses. So, Kuncoro could enrich other people and companies even if he felt he did not receive money.

"If the concept is in Article 2, Article 3, there is an element in the article that benefits oneself, others, or a corporation. Even if you don't accept benefit from yourself, some will benefit," he said.

Before being detained, Kuncoro claimed not to receive money from the provision of social assistance (bansos) for the Family Hope Program (PKH). He also believes that he is not involved in the case.

"No. No, it's not, it's not my type. By Allah, I don't (accept it, ed). By Allah, there's not a penny," Kuncoro told reporters Kuncoro after being questioned by investigators at the KPK's Merah Putih building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta, Thursday, September 7th.

Even so, Kuncoro remains officially in the orange dream. He has been detained along with five other people at the KPK detention center.

The five people are the Head of the Advisory Team of PT Primalayan Teknologi Persada (PTP), Ivo Wongkaren (IW); Commercial Director of PT BGR, Budi Susanto (BS); Vice President (VP) Operation of PT BGR, April Chuniawan (AC); Chairman of the Advisory Team of PT PTP, Roni Ramdani (RR); and GM PT PTP, Richard Cahyanto (RC). Kuncoro's actions and other suspects allegedly made the state lose up to Rp127.5 billion.
