Teenage Gang Clashes In Cakung, East Jakarta: Use Sharp Weapons And Molotov Cocktails

The clash between two teenage gangs has occurred again on Jalan Dr. Sumarno, near the East Jakarta City Government Office, Cakung District, East Jakarta. However, the clashes this time took place dramatically. The two groups of teenagers attacked each other using sharp weapons and Molotov cocktails.

Based on information from Risman (27), local residents said the perpetrators of the brawl from students also used sharp weapons, firecrackers, and Molotov cocktails to attack each other.

"There was a fire like a Molotov cocktail, the others brought the most sickles during the brawl," Risman told reporters, Sunday, September 17.

It is estimated that the number of brawlers reached approximately 20 people. The perpetrators carried a number of sharp long weapons.

As a result of the brawl, Risman, who works as an employee of steam washing, is worried that there will be an impact in the future.

"Although there were no victims from the brawl, the brawls here (Dr Sumarno Pulo Gebang Street) have been frequent," he said.

Meanwhile, from Wengki's confession (26), a brawl between groups of teenagers was carried out. However, because there were many perpetrators, the residents finally chose to remain silent. Residents hope that the police will act decisively immediately.

"The brawl was also dispersed by residents, but instead they (the brawlers) just kept going back and forth. Then there were those who fled into the alley, and grazed two people's houses," he said.
