JAKARTA - The Indonesian Curator and Management Association (IKAPI) has completed holding an Intensive Education on Curator and Management.
Education in early September is the initial stage of a series of processes that must be followed by lawyers and public accountants who want to be curators and administrators. The next stage is a written exam which will be held on Saturday (16/9) in Jakarta.
"This test is a series of certification processes by IKAPI against prospective curators and administrators, where participants must meet the predetermined value standards to be able to work as Curator and Management," said IKAPI General Chair Oscar Sagita in a written statement.
This written examination was attended by hundreds of participants with a background in the profession of advocates and public accountants. Later participants who pass the written exam will take the interview exam.
"The indicator has been determined and what is our main concern is that it can produce curators and quality, professional and integrity administrators," he continued.
IKAPI has carried out intensive education for curators and administrators as well as 13 batch certification exams and has more than 1000 members and more than 600 active members.
The current profession of curators and administrators is very important in the nation's economic movement because it is directly related to business actors, especially for business actors who want to restructure debts and business actors who cannot pay debts.
The management plays a role in realizing the peace between debtors and creditors through debt restructuring, while the curator plays a role in managing and cleaning up bankrupt debtors' assets to be used to pay debts to creditors.
As one of the curatorial organizations and administrators who are on the joint committee, IKAPI is always committed to maintaining the dignity of the curatorial profession and management by carrying out it
