JAKARTA - The defendant Mario Dandy Satriyo was sentenced to 12 years in prison in a case of severe abuse and planned against David Ozora. Mario Dandy's camp is said to have filed an appeal on Tuesday, September 12. Even with a team of public prosecutors (JPU) who also made a similar decision. With the submission of an appeal, later on, the next legal process will be handled by the DKI Jakarta High Court. "Furthermore, the handling of the appeal legal action process will be handled and examined by the judges of the DKI Jakarta High Court," said Djuyamto. Mario Dandy Satriyo was found guilty in the alleged severe abuse case of David Ozora. The panel of judges sentenced him to 12 years in prison. Mario Dandy Satriyo was found guilty of violating Article 355 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 1 of the Criminal Code.

In addition to criminal sanctions, the panel of judges at the South Jakarta District Court who handled the case also required Mario Dandy Satriyo to pay a restitution of around Rp. 25 billion.
