2 Residents Enter The Kerinci Forest Search For Kayu Bakar Met 7 Km From The Lost Point

JAMBI - Bustami (56) and Taherman (60), two missing victims after looking for firewood in the Masgo Forest in Kerinci Jambi Regency were found safe.

The two of them were found by residents on the riverbank weak due to not eating and drinking since they were reported missing on Monday, September 4. The recovery of the Masgo Village residents was immediately taken to the nearest health center.

The joint SAR team evacuated victims based on information from residents on the third day of the search operation. Both were found after the search area was expanded seven kilometers from the missing point, namely the victim's garden.

Quoting Antara, Friday, September 8, the Commander of the Kerinci SAR Post, Bambang Hermawan, said that with the discovery of the two victims, his party expressed his gratitude for the synergy of the joint SAR Team which had carried out the search for three days.

Previously reported, Bustami and Taherman were reported missing while looking for firewood in the Masgo forest, Kerinci Regency on Sunday, September 3.

The Kerinci Post SAR Team and a joint team immediately conducted a search around the location on Tuesday, September 5.
