BANYUMAS - The Department of Transportation (Dinhub) of Banyumas Regency, Central Java, will immediately reorganize city transportation routes in Purwokerto and rural transportation in the Banyumas area that are no longer effective. "Actually, the Trans Banyumas and BRT BTS (Bus Rapid Transit) Trans Central Java buses are like passenger carriers from afar, then city and rural transportation become feeders, looking for passengers," said Head of the Banyumas Regency Transportation Agency Agus Sriyono in Purwokerto, Banyumas, quoted from Antara, Wednesday, August 30. According to him, now city transportation and rural transportation if they serve according to routes and destinations are no longer effective because of the difficulty of getting passengers. Therefore, city transportation and rural transportation are directed to become feeders at Trans Banyumas and Trans Central Java bus stops that will be adjusted to the needs of the community. "Now people also need mass transportation, which of course costs affordable, there are subsidies, and we complement each other," he explained. In addition, he said, his party will also reorganize city and rural transportation routes that can still serve passengers. However, if the route is already quiet from passengers, he continued, his party will freeze the city transportation or rural transportation route.

"Furthermore, we are looking for other routes. We are making a path that we need," said Agus.
