Political Attractions Are Not Over, Jokowi Goes To Volunteers: Ojo Kesusu

JAKARTA - President Joko Widodo advised the volunteers of the National Independence Network (Jaman) not to rush or in Javanese ojo related to the 2024 General Election. Jokowi said, political attractions that have not been completed. Jokowi asked volunteers to focus on national economic growth, compared to being busy with political affairs ahead of the 2024 General Election. "I ordered, the 2024 (election) business should not be rushed. Ojo, ojo, let's work first for the economy of our country, because I see the political attraction is not finished yet; wiri, here and there, I see still," Jokowi said as in a video monitored in Jakarta, quoted from Antara, Tuesday, August 29. Jokowi also considers that political attractions are still not finished, because political parties are still looking for the right coalition format for the 2024 General Election. Jokowi admitted that he only observed from afar the party coalition, especially since the presidential and vice presidential candidates from each coalition had not been determined. "I didn't know this party went there, this party came here, this party went there, this party came here. So, it's still ngaling," said Jokowi. He also asked the volunteers to remain active and productive. Because, said Jokowi, do not let political affairs ahead of the 2023 election disrupt the country's economic stability. According to him, if economic stability is disrupted, it will be difficult to restore to a stable economic condition.

"The candidate is also still unclear, whose vice presidential candidate is also unclear. It's not clear, how come it was answered. So, we just work hard, work hard, just work so it's productive. That's it, just go there. Do you agree? It's not clear, how come it's answered," said Jokowi.
