BLITAR - Blitar City Police, East Java, examined the psychological condition of the child perpetrator who abused his friend at a madrasah Tsanawiyah (senior high school) in the Blitar Regency area until the victim died. Kasatreskrim Blitar City Police AKP Galih Putra Samudra said the police are still investigating this case, including checking the psychological condition of children. "It is scheduled to check the psychological condition of the child. The investigation process is still ongoing and waiting for the results of the autopsy examination and the results of research from the Fathers (penalties)," he said in Blitar, quoted from Antara, Sunday, August 27. His party revealed that they had examined 16 witnesses who knew about the case. They are from colleagues, teachers and other related parties. Meanwhile, for the condition of the perpetrator who is still a minor, Galih said the person concerned was still being held. "The perpetrator's son has now been detained and has been accompanied by a appointed legal advisor," he said. His party also added that the Blitar City Police also coordinated with the Blitar Regency Women and Children Empowerment Service Center (P2TP2A) to assist the victim's family. "The victim's family was assisted by the Blitar Regency P2TP2A team," he said. Cases of violence occurred in the environment of a state madrasah (senior high school) in Blitar Regency, carried out by fellow friends. The case occurred on Friday, August 25 during the study shifts that were taking place with the victim MA, a 9.5th grader. Meanwhile, the perpetrator beat KR, a 9th grader. The incident began on Thursday, August 24, when the perpetrator entered the victim's classroom and was asked why the victim entered another class. Allegedly, this caused the victim to be offended. Then, on Friday, during the replacement hours, the perpetrator entered the victim's classroom to the victim's seat screaming. At that time, his other friends had tried to get in the way but were released. The perpetrator then approached the victim's seat and immediately hit up to three times (regarding vital body parts, namely the back face and chest) without any resistance from the victim. The victim immediately fell, unconscious. He also had time to receive treatment in the UKS room. However, due to unconsciousness, the madrasa took him to a hospital in Srengat, Blitar Regency, for examination, but the victim was declared dead.

The police have also conducted an autopsy on the victim's body with the medical team from Bhayangkara Hospital Kediri, and the body has also been handed over to the family. Currently, the body has also been buried.
