JAKARTA - Hundreds of residents of the Jakarta Smart Card (KJP) complained about the length of the distribution of goods and had to wait 6 hours. Even residents don't queue a little below the hot sun at the Central Jakarta City Government (Pemkot) office, Gambir, Central Jakarta, Tuesday, August 15.

Jonathan, one of the parents of the KJP recipient, said that he had to wait from morning to evening to receive assistance from the DKI Provincial Government. Assistance received is such as fish, eggs, meat, milk.

"I've been waiting here all morning with other residents. The assistance we received was not immediately released, it came out one by one," said Jonathan, Tuesday, August 15, 2023.

Jonathan said residents could bring all the aid from the government and had to wait up to 6 hours. The length of time to get the aid makes residents bored.

"If you say you are bored, of course, we will wait for the morning until the afternoon at 15.00 and then we can get help," he said.

Di tempat yang sama, Asma mengatakan, dirinya mengeluhkan waktu yang cukup lama menunggu. Dirinya harus menunggu dari pukul 08.00 WIB hingga siang belum semua bantuan didapatkan.

"It's also hot to wait here, it's been so long since the goods have gone down," he said.
