Inspectorate Of Claims 160 ASN West Papua Has Completed LHPKN 2022

WEST PAPUA - The Inspectorate claims that the 2022 State Official Wealth Report (LHKPN) within the scope of the West Papua Provincial Government (Pemrov) has reached 100 percent.

"According to the central provisions, March 31, 2033 and West Papua are clear," said West Papua (Plt) Acting Inspector Korinus J Aibine in Manokwari, West Papua, Friday, August 11, which was confiscated by Antara.

He explained that state civil servants or ASN within the scope of the West Papua Provincial Government are required to complete LHKPN in 2022 as many as 160 people.

Covering the Acting Governor of West Papua, echelon I to echelon III, the treasurer of expenditure, and functional officials of the Inspectorate.

"There are two Inspectorates, namely PPUD (Supervisors for Regional Government Affairs) and auditors," Korinus explained.

According to him, the application of sanctions for delaying additional employee income payments (TPP) for officials who are late in reporting LHKPN, has yielded positive results.

This is proven by increasing awareness from all regional government officials who are obliged to complete the LHKPN according to the provisions.

"We have reminded all officials to complete the report according to the time limit," said Korinus.

He explained that the Inspectorate as the government's internal control apparatus (APIP) has committed to paying attention to the performance of LHKPN reporting in the coming year.

In addition to the implementation of the TPP cutting sanctions, the Inspectorate continues to increase the synergy of collaboration with all local government officials to complete LHKPN obligations before the deadline.

"In previous years, many were late in filling in the LHKPN, so TPP payments were postponed," said Korinus.

He said the obligation to complete LHKPN was regulated through the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 2 of 2020 concerning Amendments to KPK Regulation Number 07 of 2016.
