JAKARTA - Polda Metro Jaya immediately asked for information from victims of alleged sexual harassment in the form of body checking photos at a beauty contest. "What is certain is that we will first summon the victim, we will ask for information in the near future," said the Daily Executive (Plh) of the Head of Sub-Directorate for Youth, Children and Women (Renakta) of the Ditreskrimum Polda Metro Jaya Kompol Yuliansyah when confirmed in Jakarta, Tuesday, August 8. Yuliansyah also explained the victim's summons to find out the story of their version when the incident occurred. However, Yuliansyah has not been able to explain when the victim will be summoned because his party must coordinate with the victim's attorney. "We want to coordinate this with the reporter's attorney, when are they ready to come," he said. Yuliansyah added that this Tuesday his party had prepared an investigation administration and had also contacted the reporter. Previously, allegations of sexual harassment in the form of body checking sessions with nude photos at an annual beauty pageant that took place in Ancol, North Jakarta, had been reported to the Polda Metro Jaya. "“Alhamdulillah, our report received at the SPKT (Integrated Police Service Center) was related to the alleged criminal act of sexual violence,” said the victim's attorney, Mellisa Anggraini when met at the SPKT Polda Metro Jaya, Monday. Mellisa added that her party had brought evidence of video recordings and photos to the Polda Metro Jaya when reporting the organizers of the contest activities. “ Regarding the evidence, of course there are letter documents, yes, then there are photos and videos. We were also quite surprised when we saw the photos taken by them, ” he said.
