PKB Affirms Loyalty To The Coalition With Gerindra, But If The 'Nasib' Is Not Clear, It Will Be Released

JAKARTA - The National Awakening Party (PKB) gave the code "sevenths and twelveths" to the political parties in the 2024 General Election coalition regarding the prospective presidential and vice presidential candidates.

"Lu (you) eleven, I'm twelve, you're not clear, I (I) was released," said Deputy Chairperson of the PKB DPP Jazilul Fawaid as reported by ANTARA, Tuesday, August 1.

This affirmation was conveyed by Gus Jazil when he was a resource person at the PKB Talkshow with the theme "Gus Muhaimin chose who?"

He stated that currently the position and attitude of PKB is clear, namely in a coalition with the Gerindra Party and one more party from the Crescent Star Party (PBB) which has just declared support for Prabowo Subianto as a candidate for president.

"What is clear is that PKB is categorized as a loyal party. For me, if he is also loyal there," he said.

Guz Jazil also responded to the statement by the General Chairperson of the Gerindra Party, Prabowo Subianto, who stated that Gus Muhaimin should not go anywhere.

"Prabowo said don't go anywhere Gus. That means it is known that Cak Imin will go anywhere, that's the logic. If it is suspected that he will go anywhere," he said.
