JAKARTA The murder of a young woman is pregnant, a reality among teenagers who intersect with social norms. Relationships like husband and wife outside of marriage cause the victim to get pregnant. Suddenly the lover wanted the man he loved to marry her immediately, as a form of responsibility. However, in fact, it did not match expectations.

Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the West Jakarta Metro Police, Kompol Andri Kurniawan, explained that the perpetrator with the initials H (30) admitted that he was emotional when the victim, PA (26) demanded marriage. The perpetrator admitted that he was not ready for an immature economic situation.

"The perpetrator was angry with the victim because he was still demanding marriage. Meanwhile, the perpetrator himself was still not ready because of economic problems," said Commissioner Andri when confirmed by VOI, Tuesday, July 18.

From the suspect H's statement, he is currently unemployed after previously working. However, during dating, the victim and the perpetrator often had sex.

"The person concerned is indeed dating, yes, he has been in touch. This man also had time to work but now he is no longer working. This victim also used to work but because there was something, he ended up not working anymore," he said.

However, when both of them became unemployed, the victim's living expenses had been borne by the perpetrators. However, the police are still investigating other motives experienced by the victim.

"We will try to explore again (the victim fled from the house), what kind of victim's family is. What is certain is that from the information we get, they are only limited to dating. We are still investigating the problem of not being approved," he said.

Previously, it was reported that the Tanah Abang Metro Police Satreskrim arrested the perpetrator of the murder with the initials H (30) against a pregnant woman with the initials PAG (26) which occurred on Jalan Cemara, Duri Kosambi, Cengkareng, West Jakarta. Suspect H is known to be the victim's lover.

Suspect H had the heart to kill the victim by strangling the victim's neck to death. After knowing the victim was lifeless, the suspect had covered the victim's body with piles of garbage under the sink of his rented room.

The murder case was revealed after the victim's body, which was found in a rotting condition, was carried out by an autopsy. From the results of the forensic examination, there were bruises around the victim's neck due to strangulation.

The couple just signed for 2 weeks. Before the murder took place, there was an argument between the victim and the alleged perpetrator.

West Jakarta Metro Police Chief Kombes Syahduddi said the victim and perpetrator were not married. They are just lovers. The victim is thought to have been killed within 1 week.
