Vice President Asks Police Not Only To Be Precision But Also TOP

JAKARTA - Vice President Ma'ruf Amin asked the National Police to carry out their duties not only prioritizing the vision of predictiveness, responsibility, and fair transparency (Precision), but also transparency, objectivity and professionalism (TOP).

This was conveyed by the Vice President in the 77th birthday (HUT) of Bhayangkara, as uploaded on the Instagram account @setwapres.ri.

"Prefer transparency, objectivity and professionalism, or I am short TOP. So, the Police are not only Precision, but also TOP," said the Vice President as written in the upload quoted by ANTARA, Saturday, July 1.

In the upload, the Vice President said that the National Police is a state tool that is mandated to maintain domestic security and play a role in maintaining security and order, enforcing the law, and protecting and serving the community.

"I advise, maintain and strengthen performance, and provide the best service. Congratulations on commemorating the 77th Bhayangkara Day. Police Precision for the Country, Peaceful Election Towards Golden Indonesia," said the Vice President.

The peak of the commemoration of Bhayangkara's 77th Anniversary with the theme Polri Precision for the Country, Peaceful Election Towards Advanced Indonesia", was held at the Gelora Bung Karno Stadium (GBK), Jakarta, Saturday evening.

President Joko Widodo is scheduled to act as inspector of the Bhayangkara Anniversary commemoration ceremony at GBK.
