BANDA ACEH - Lhokseumawe District Attorney confiscated the assets of the suspect in the alleged corruption case of PT Arun Lhokseumawe Hariadi Hospital, which is estimated at Rp10 billion as an effort to recover state losses which reached Rp44.9 billion in that case.
Head of the Intelligence Section of Therry Gutama, Lhokseumawe District Attorney's Office in Lhokseumawe, Thursday, said that during the investigation into the corruption case of PT Arun Lhokseumawe Hospital, his party had confiscated a number of assets of suspect Hariadi.
"The assets of the confiscated Hariadi suspect, namely three documents or land and house property certificates, one Honda Civic car, one Honda CBR250RR motorcycle and one Yamaha WR 155 R motorcycle. It is estimated that the asset value reaches more than Rp. 10 billion," he said.
Currently, investigators are still trying to finalize the case files of two corruption suspects at PT RS Arun Lhokseumawe, namely the President Director of PT RS Arun Lhokseumawe Hariadi and former Mayor of Lhokseumawe Suaidi Yahya.
"The investigative team will immediately complete the case file to be transferred to the Corruption Court," said Therry.

The two suspects have also extended their detention period for the next 40 days.
"The investigative team has also saved state money in this case amounting to Rp9.2 billion from the total state loss of Rp44.9 billion. If calculated, currently the total loss saved is around Rp19 billion more," he said.
