Witness Calls Mario Dandy Exclusion After Persecution David Ozora, Judge: Similar To Boxer Muhammad Ali

Witness Rudy Setiawan said the defendant Mario Dandy could not remain silent after molesting David Ozora. Although, there are already several security officers at the location of the persecution.

The testimony regarding Mario Dandy's attitude began when Rudy and his wife, Natalia Puspitasari, and several security officers stopped the abuse.

However, Mario Dandy didn't seem to accept it. Because, he showed a attitude of silence with a face full of anger.

"When I met him, my wife was squatting, he was higher. The perpetrator was physically moving, moving continuously," Rudy said during a trial at the South Jakarta District Court, Tuesday, June 13.

Hearing this statement, the judge dug up Rudy's intention which said Mario Dandy could not stand still.

"The point is to keep moving?," asked the judge.

"Language is now pecicilan, it's still energetic," said Rudy.

The judge gave an example of the attitude shown by Mario Dandy at that time like a professional boxer Muhammad Ali.

"Like a boxer or not? Like Muhammad Ali jumping? Is that what?" said the judge.

"Yes, more or less, still emotional," said Rudy.

"Emotion is still burning in him?" said the judge.

"Still," answered Rudy.

"Did you see what his face was?" asked the judge to confirm.

"Still angry," said Rudy.

"Still looking dissatisfied he did that?" said the judge.

However, Rudy said he could not confirm this. He only said that Mario Dandy had also fought security officers when he was careful.

"Wow, I didn't know that, but what was clear was that the security guard was like this, because the security guard also said that he couldn't do this, he said, father, if you have a daughter, how to be harassed, I remember he spoke," said Rudy.

David Ozora was persecuted by Mario Dandy Satriyo in front of the Grand Permata cluster complex, Boulevard Kel. Ulujami, Pesanggrahan, South Jakarta, on Monday 20 February 20, 2023 at around 20.30 WIB.

As a result of the abuse, David suffered injuries all over his body. In fact, he suffered up to two weeks of injuries.

In this case Mario Dandy was charged with committing serious abuse. He was charged with Article 355 Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code junto Article 55 paragraph 1 to 1 of the Criminal Code Subsidiary 353 paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code junto Article 55 paragraph 1 to 1 of the Criminal Code or to 2 Article 76 C junto Article 50 paragraph 2 of Law No. 35 of 2014 concerning amendments to Law No. 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection junto Article 55 Paragraph 1 to 1 of the Criminal Code.
