PT Transport Jakarta (TransJakarta) revitalizes a number of bus stops so that they are centered on the Senayan Roundabout to make it easier for passengers to transit to their destination location.

"The Senayan Roundabout bus stop will be made vital again, before being moved to the Gelora Bung Karno (GBK) center of the route, it used to end up at the Senayan Roundabout," said Director of Operations and Safety of PT TransJakarta Daud Joseph as reported by ANTARA, Wednesday, May 17.

Daud said that later from the Poris to Rawamangun routes, all of them will be connected to the Senayan Roundabout bus stop after being revitalized to make it easier for passengers to switch routes (transits).

In addition, his party also mentioned another bus stop that has a significant role, namely the Cawang UKI bus stop which is the meeting of 15 routes and can accommodate approximately 2,000 people.

"If the bus stop is not fixed and revitalized, it will definitely feel uncomfortable at certain times, we don't want customers who usually use TransJakarta to avoid our services," he said.

Moreover, TransJakarta has made improvements since 2016, starting from increasing routes, fleets to bus stops to increase customer comfort.

With this revitalization, his party will continue to provide information starting from preparing diversion stops or unused ones through social media.

"The estimated construction time at the end of this month will be carried out. For the target to be completed, we have not confirmed but the schedule will be until the end of the year," he said.
