PDIP And PPP Meetings Feel Warm When There Is Ganjar

JAKARTA Ganjar Pranowo attended a political meeting, discussing the collaboration between PDIP and PPP, which was held at the PDIP DPP Office on Jalan Sudirman, Menteng, Central Jakarta, Sunday, April 30.

Wearing the PDIP uniform, Ganjar arrived at the PDIP DPP office at around 13.20 WIB. Ganjar was greeted directly by the Secretary General of PDIP, Hasto Kristiyanto. Not long after, PDIP General Chair Megawati Soekarnoputri arrived at the location.

At around 13.40 WIB, a group from PPP came to the PDIP DPP office, on foot. This is because the PPP DPP Office with the PDIP Office is close by. The arrival of the group of party administrators bearing the Ka'Bah symbol was greeted by Megawati, Ganjar Pranowo and other elite PDIP ranks.

Appearing to be present on that occasion, the General Chairperson of PPP, Muhammad Mardiono, the Secretary General of PPP Arwani Thomafi, the Chairman of the PPP faction of the DPR M. Amir Uskara, the Chairperson of the Advisory Council of the PPP DPP Romahurmuziy, and other PPP elites. They then greeted each other in prayer, because it was still in the early hours and congratulated Idul Fitri.

"This is an important momentum between PDIP and PPP to strengthen political cooperation in winning the 2024 presidential election. Therefore, in our midst, Ganjar Pranowo's presidential candidate is present," said PDIP Secretary General Hasto Kristiyanto in his remarks.

Applause immediately thundered in the room. Ganjar who sat beside Megawati's right hand joined hands, saying thank you.

Hasto added that the relationship between PDIP and PPP was very close. Apart from his neighboring office, the two also have a close birth history.

"PPP was born January 5, 1973 and PDIP was born January 10, 1973. It was only 5 days apart. So PPP is our old brother," said Hasto.

After the welcome welcome, the meeting took place behind closed doors. The media crew was asked to wait and the plan was to hold a press conference after the event.
