Secretary General of the PDI-P (PDIP) Hasto Kristiyanto released 178 buses from JIExpo Kemayoran, Jakarta, which will take free homecoming participants to his hometown. At that moment, he joked about the big coalition when he saw the color of the bus leaving. Hasto said that the big and colorful bus at JIExpo seemed to represent a large coalition or large cooperation based on the PDIP designation. This is because this party from the start stated that there was no coalition diction in the presidential system used in Indonesia. "The bus is big, yes, actually media partners don't need to ask if you see a bus that is red, there is green, there is yellow, there is blue (this, red) representing what they call a major coalition or PDIP diction, big cooperation," said Hasto to reporters at JIExpo Kemayoran, Jakarta, Wednesday, April 19. Furthermore, Hasto emphasized that no one party will dominate if the political party's cooperation occurs. He said people should be of common concern. This at the same time denies that the party's assessment will dominate the big cooperation. "When someone shouts that the PDI-P should not dominate, it's an unnecessary scream," he said. "For the PDI-P, the people who dominate are the people," continued Hasto. Moreover, the formation of this large cooperation is only a discourse. There is nothing that can be narrowed in the form of equal support or others because neither the presidential nor deputy candidates have yet to be announced. "This is still a discourse. So it's a discourse because this has not been congested on the platform that will be carried into the upcoming government," said Hasto. Later, political cooperation can only be consolidated after the name of the candidate pair in the 2024 presidential election is announced. The name that will be announced from PDIP will certainly be decided by Megawati Soekarnoputri as General Chair.

Hasto ensured that the name would be carefully prepared. "What Mrs. Mega is looking for and prepared by Mrs. Mega is an ideologically strong leader, visionary leader, punctive leader, a leader who has professional abilities, but at the same time understands the will of the people," he concluded.
