Regarding Bima's Tiktoker Criticism, The Lampung Police Were Recalled By The Instructions Of The National Police Chief To Reclaim Public Trust

Member of Commission III of the House of Representatives from the PPP faction, Arsul Sani, said that reporting on Tiktoker Bima Yudho who entered the Lampung Regional Police was indeed the domain of the Police.

However, Arsul reminded the National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo's direction for his staff to win public trust in the Bhayangkara Corps.

"The matter of the investigation into the Bimo case is the domain of the Police," Arsul tweeted, quoted from his Twitter account, @arsul_sani, Monday, April 17.

Arsul views expressing opinions as a constitutional right of citizens. Including the behavior of Tiktoker Bima Yudho, who is now in Australia, criticized the progress of infrastructure in his hometown, Lampung Province.

Based on the police report that included Tiktoker Bima Yudho as the respondent, Arsul assessed that the Lampung Regional Police could act by leaning on the fulfillment of the rights of citizens.

"What we need to remind the ranks of @poldalampung, do not back down the efforts of the National Police Chief @ListyoSigitP to increase public satisfaction by carrying out an unfair legal process," said Arsul.

Previously, Bima Yudho criticized the infrastructure in Lampung Province through his Tiktok account. This criticism resulted in intimidation of Bima's family in the country from law enforcement officers (APH) Bhabinkamtibmas and local governments.

Bima Yudho was also reported to the police. Bima was accused of violating the ITE Law of spreading hoaxes.

Contrary to APH and local governments in Lampung Province, many people, especially the people of Lampung, sympathize and agree with Bima Yudho's criticism.

Even the sympathy for the owner of the TikTok Awbimax Reborn account came from the Australian Government which gave Bima the opportunity to get a special VISA.

Bima had the opportunity to get Protection Visa 866 which allowed her to stay permanently in Australia.
