The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) suspects that bribes for the construction and maintenance of railway lines at the Directorate General (Ditjen) of Railways of the Ministry of Transportation (Kemenhub) are allocated for personal purposes. One of them, for holiday allowances (THR).
Deputy Chairperson of the KPK Johanis Tanak said the party suspected of using the money for THR Eid al-Fitr was the Director of Infrastructure of the Directorate General of Railways of the Ministry of Transportation (Kemenhub) Harno Trimadi and the Ministry of Transportation's Commitment Making Officer (PPK) Fadliansyah.
"Receiving money from YOS (Yoseph Ibrahim) once the Director of PT Kereta Api Management Properti together with PAR (Parjono) as VP related to the Java-Sumatra crossing repair project," Johanis told reporters at the KPK's Merah Putih building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta, Thursday, April 13.
Johanis has not specified how much money was used for THR. However, this finding was obtained after investigators examined the suspect who was arrested during a hand arrest operation (OTT) on Tuesday, April 11.
"The receipt of this money from the results of the examination is suspected to be for THR," he said.
