The Land Assets Of The TNI AD Koramil 02/Matraman Are Controlled By Residents, Danramil: We Have Strong Evidence

JAKARTA - Nearly half of the land assets belonging to Koramil 02/Matraman on Jalan Utan Kayu Raya, UKU, Matraman District, are suspected to still be controlled by unscrupulous people for personal gain.

In fact, the land has been established in various types of buildings to business places. The land with a land area of 819.62 square meters is thought to have been controlled by the community for decades.

They admitted to paying PBB contributions while occupying the land belonging to Koramil 02/Matraman. Based on the UN contribution, the community seems to have claimed to have a solid baseless land and since 2018 has been trying to certify it, this is proven by the application for measurements to BPN in 2018.

"We have a number of strong evidences from Zidam Jaya and Denzibang-1 Kodam Jaya regarding ownership of Koramil's assets covering an area of 1,895.63 square meters controlled by community officials on Jalan Utan Kayu Raya, Utan Kayu Village, Matraman District, East Jakarta," said the Commander of Koramil (Danramil) 02/Matraman, Major Arm Ahmad Budiman to VOI, Sunday, April 9.

One of the strong evidences held by the Matraman Koramil on land of 1,895.63 meters is the Kazidam Jaya Certificate number Sket / 17 / III / 2023 issued by the Jaya / Jayakarta Military Regional Command.

In the certificate it was written, the Head of Zidam Jaya/Jakarta Lieutenant Colonel Chotman Jumei Arisandy explained that the land on Jalan Utan Kayu Raya Number 29, Utan Kayu Village, Matraman District, East Jakarta with an area of 1,895.63 meters used by Koramil 02/Matraman Kodim 0505/JT with Noreg 30505048.

The land is controlled by the TNI AD c.q Kodam Jaya / Jayakarta and the land is recorded in the inventory of the TNI AD c.q Kodam Jaya / Jayakarta occupancy ground.

None of the parties control the land except the Indonesian Army and there is no dispute with other parties.

The land is not in a state of being made guarantees/pharmacies and/or collateral. If it turns out that in the future there are other parties who claim that the Indonesian Army is willing to complete it in accordance with applicable legal procedures. Thus, this asset certificate was made so that those with an interest in understanding.

"We have given two summons to a community with the initials F who controlled 819.63 m2 of Koramil land. And he answered the summons we gave with a statement that he was ready to take legal action," he explained.

After the summons was made, the community actually admitted that they were ready to face the legal process through the court. The community claims to have occupied the land since 1977.

"He admitted that he only paid the PBB, controlled the Koramil's asset land with a land area of around 895.63 square meters," he said.

Then other summons were also given to people who also control the land and buildings measuring 5x6 m in front of the Danramil mess.

"We have given a subpoena warning to the people who control the land to empty it. The summons was given to residents of the 2nd-story kiosk on land owned by the Matraman Koramil with a size of 5 x 6 meters. The summons has been sent up to two times to residents with the initials Y," he said.
