JAKARTA - The plea or plea memorandum trial for the defendant AG has been completed. However, the results of the pledoi were rejected by the Public Prosecutor (JPU).

"The bottom point is that they are public prosecutors who stick to the demands," said South Jakarta District Court (PN) Public Relations Officer, Djuyamto, to reporters at the South Jakarta District Court, Thursday, April 6.

When asked further about the memorandum of defense from AG's Legal Advisor, Djuyamto admitted that he could not convey it. Because the trial was closed.

"That they stick to the plea that has been delivered today. Earlier. That can be conveyed. Yes, we can't know because the trial is closed," he said.

Meanwhile, the replica and duplication are also carried out today. However, the delivery was verbal.

"The duplicate replica was delivered verbally. If it is written, each of them will be responded to in writing. But because the prosecutor responded to the pledoi verbally, the PH (law advisor) also responded verbally," he said.

Djuyamto ensured that the AG trial scheduled for the reading of the verdict was held on Monday, April 10, at 14.00 WIB.

Regarding whether or not the defendant was present, he said the decision was in the defendant's advisory team.

"Regarding AG's passing, I don't know. Please ask AG's adviser later because of Law 61 Article 1 states that the reading of the verdict is open but the defendant's child is not obliged to attend. It can be present or not, it's up to the defendant's adviser to present it or not, please ask them," he concluded.
