Had Failed, Three Teenagers In Cilacap Again Broke The Vape Shop On Jalan Gatot Subroto

CILACAP Three teenage boys were caught while stealing at a vape shop on Jalan Gatot Subroto, Kroya Village, Kroya District, Cilacap Regency. Head of Public Relations of the Cilacap Police, Iptu Gatot Tri Hartanto, in a written statement, Thursday, March 30, said the suspect wanted to commit theft on Tuesday, March 21, at around 03.30 WIB.

However, continued Gatot, when the perpetrator tried to break into the gambok and the stall wall, the kiosk guard was aware of the action. They immediately fled the location.

Not just giving up, on Sunday, March 26, at around 01.50 WIB, the 3 perpetrators returned to the kiosk to launch a failed theft. The perpetrator managed to take away a number of stolen items. And the owner also reported the incident to the Kroya Police.

Based on the results of the investigation, and the examination of witnesses at the scene of the incident, members of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Kroya Police succeeded in arresting the three perpetrators.

The evidence that was successfully secured included 1 crowbar, 1 stick of a black plastic rod, 1 stainis padlock, 3 blue cloth gloves, 1 unit of black Honda Supra Fit motorcycle Nopol: R 4719 KE, 1 striped jacket, 1 brown jacket, 1 black watna jacket, 1 black plastic bucket, 1 black hat.

"As a result of his actions, the perpetrators are subject to Article 363 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 53 of the Criminal Code with a threat of four years in prison," said Gatot
