Male Slasher And Stabbinger At Tanah Abang Market Arrested In His Village In Palembang

The perpetrator of stabbing and slitting the neck of the victim with the initials PW (39) on Jalan Jatibaru Raya, RT 02/01, Tanah Abang Market area, Central Jakarta, was arrested by the Tanah Abang Metro Police Criminal Investigation Unit in a short time.

The suspect is known to have the initials BI (40). The suspect and the victim are men from Palembang, South Sumatra.

"Yes, the perpetrator has been arrested," said Tanah Abang Metro Police Chief, Kompol Patar Mula Bona when contacted, Friday, March 24.

Kompol Bona said that the perpetrator was arrested in the Palembang area, South Sumatra after killing the victim. Currently, the murder case has been taken over by the Central Jakarta Metro Police.

"If my motive cannot be explained, the case will be taken over by the Central Jakarta Metro Police," he said.

Previously, a man with the initials PW was found dead after receiving a sharp object stab wound in the Tanah Abang Market area. The PW victim received stab wounds and cuts in the neck by BI perpetrators.

"The perpetrator and the victim were previously involved in an argument and both were affected by drinking liquor (alcohol)," said Tanah Abang Metro Police Chief Kompol Patar Mula Bona, Thursday, March 23.
