DKI Jakarta Prosecutor's Office Returns AG Files For Mario Dandy's Lover Because Of This

JAKARTA - The DKI Jakarta High Prosecutor's Office (Kejati) has returned the file of the child perpetrator in the persecution of David, AGH, who is only 15 years old. The return was made after the prosecutor's team conducted research.

"Yes, P-19 is March 17, 2023," said Head of the DKI Jakarta Attorney General's Office, Ade Sofyan in a written statement quoted on Saturday, March 18.

Ade explained that the child perpetrator's file was returned because there were still shortcomings. Thus, investigators need to complete it according to the instructions of the prosecutor.

"There is a formal and material shortage that must be completed by investigators," he said.

AG was officially detained on March 8. This detention was carried out because Mario Dandy Satrio's lover was the perpetrator in the 17-year-old student abuse case, David Ozora.

Before being named a suspect, he had become a saki. However, this legal status was upgraded because investigators found new evidence, namely WhatsApp conversations and CCTV footage of his involvement.

AG's involvement was conveyed during the reconstruction of David's persecution case. He was caught smoking when the victim was asked to take a bow with his head on the asphalt and hands on his back.

Not only that, but AG, who is still a minor, also recorded Mario Dandy's brutal actions of molesting his ex.

For his actions, AG was charged with Article 76c in conjunction with Article 80 of the Child Protection Law and/or 355 paragraph 1 in conjunction with 56, subsidiary 354 paragraph 1 in conjunction with 56 of the Criminal Code, more than subsidiary 353 paragraph 2 in conjunction with 56 of the Criminal Code, more than subsidiary 351 paragraph 2 in conjunction with 56 of the Criminal Code.
