Kuncoro KPK Suspect Lies The Process Of Assessment When Appointed By Transjakarta President Director

JAKARTA - Plt. Head of the Regional-Owned Enterprises Development Agency (BP BUMD) Fitria Rahadiani said she did not know that Kuncoro Wibowo was involved in the alleged corruption case in the procurement of social assistance when he was appointed as President Director of PT Transjakarta two months ago. During the assessment process as Director of Transjakarta, Fitria said that Kuncoro filled all the requirements in the fit and proper test provided by the DKI Provincial Government's assessment team. "So the process in us has gone through an assessment in accordance with the governor's regulation. During the process, we had several documents to sign, including whether the person concerned was in legal proceedings, conflicts of interest, legal defects, and so on," Fitria told reporters, Friday, March 17. So, it can be concluded that Kuncoro lied to the assessment process as Director of Transjakarta. Given, the corruption case in the procurement of social assistance that has been investigated by the KPK has occurred since 2020. However, Fitria was reluctant to state clearly about it. "I don't know (that Kuncoro was dishonest in the assessment post). Those are my friends who can (concluded). What is clear, the assessment exists and is signed (by Kuncoro)," he said. Fitria also admitted that she did not know that Kuncoro had been prevented from leaving the country from February 10. The DKI Provincial Government, Fitria said, only found out that Kuncoro was not allowed to go abroad by the Directorate General of Immigration the day after the person concerned resigned. "We knew (Kungoro was prevented from leaving the country) when it was announced," he said. Moreover, when submitting the resignation letter to the Acting Governor of DKI Jakarta Heru Budi Hartono on Monday, March 13, Kuncoro revealed the reason because he had urgent personal matters. "If the official letter is submitted to the DKI Provincial Government, it is stated that there are personal matters and urgent families. So, we follow the official letter, which then the next day or the next day there will be a determination (of the suspect)," he explained. Previously reported, the KPK is currently investigating allegations of corruption in the distribution of rice social assistance at the Ministry of Social Affairs. This criminal incident allegedly occurred around 2020-2021. Although it has not been announced who the suspects are, the former Director of PT Transjakarta M. Kuncoro Wibowo is reportedly also entangled. He has been prevented from leaving the country by the Directorate General of Immigration at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights for six months until next August. Apart from Kuncoro, the anti-corruption commission also asked five other people to be prevented. It is reported that they were also named suspects. Those prevented were Budi Susanto, April Chuniawan, Ivo Wongkaren, Roni Ramdani, and Richard Cahyanto. Kuncoro, Budi, and April are parties of PT Bhanda Ghara Reksa (BGR) while the rest come from PT Primalayan Teknologi Persada. Meanwhile, PT BGR is one of the distributors of the social assistance for rice for the Ministry of Social Affairs program. The state-owned company has the task of distributing 222,070,230 kilograms of rice social assistance from the Ministry of Social Affairs to 4,934,894 families of PKH program beneficiaries in the country.
