JAKARTA - The Ministry of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection (PPPA) revealed the current condition of AG, who is a child perpetrator in the case of David Ozora's persecution. The lover of Mario Dandy Satryo is said to have experienced unstable emotions. "Through the situation and emotional conditions that are still not stable in undergoing the cases being faced," said Deputy for Special Protection for Children of the Ministry of PPPA, Nahar to VOI, Tuesday, March 14. But it was not detailed about the context of AG's emotional instability, such as depression or so on. It is only conveyed if the Kemen-PPPA has provided assistance so that conditions can improve. "Hopefully with a process that pays attention to the best interests of children, and gets continuous assistance, children do not face problems that of course can affect growth and development and efforts to fulfill their rights as a child who is in conflict with the law," explained Nahar. Not only psychological assistance, Kemen-PPPA will also oversee the criminal process. The goal is to ensure that AG's rights as a child are fulfilled. "Child criminal experts, psychologists, and continue to coordinate with various parties in an effort to fulfill rights," said Nahar. For information, AG was officially detained at the Social Welfare Organizing Agency (LPKS) on March 8. The detention was carried out after Mario Dandy's lover was examined for 6 hours. The detention of AG was carried out after investigators found new evidence in the form of a history of Whatsapp conversations to CCTV footage.
