PALANGKA RAYA - Palangka Raya City Government, Central Kalimantan through the local City Education Office (Disdik) continues to strive to increase the number of driving teachers in a number of areas.

The Head of the Palangka Raya City Education Office, Jayani, said that increasing human resources (HR) certainly greatly supports the commitment of the local municipal government to continuously realize the vision and mission in the education world sector.

"Professor drivers must continue to learn a lot, including learning how to take advantage of technological advances as a learning tool. Learning creates a very pleasant classroom atmosphere for students and learns to listen to students' desires," he said, quoted by ANTARA, Friday, March 10.

The former Secretary of the Palangka Raya City Education Office said that the driving teacher was also a mainstay in schools that were participants. So that his party focuses on improving the quality of human resources, through teachers as an example agent and torch change.

Even the direction of the program is centered on students and holistic development, training that emphasizes leadership through on the job coaching or work training.

"The formatative and development-based approach is collaborative with a comprehensive school approach. This is a form of the mayor's commitment to improve the world of education," he said.

Jayani emphasized that the Palangka Raya City Government is very concentrated on improving the quality of education, one of which is the quality of teachers who have qualified knowledge to be able to maximize children's potential.

"All children have their own talents and potentials to succeed according to their potential. The existence of teachers who are able to bring out the best abilities of their children is very much needed," he explained.
