Business Entities Recipients of Certain Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) Assurance Assignments in carrying out the distribution of Specific LPG refills on target to certain LPG users, consisting of consumers of household groups, micro businesses, target fishermen, and target farmers, must be guided by the Technical Guidelines for Distribution of Certain LPG Retentions Right on Target.
The third dictum of the latest Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources, reads:
"Phase 1. The process of collecting data on certain LPG users by Business Entities Recipients of Certain LPG Provision and Distribution Assignments into web-based systems and/or applications made by Business Entities Recipient of Certain LPG Assignment and Distribution Assignments,"
"2. Data collection is meant to be the basis that certain LPG purchases can only be made by certain LPG users who have been recorded in a web-based system and/or application as referred to in letter a number 1,"
1. Certain LPG user data matchings that have been recorded in web-based systems and/or applications created by Business Entities Recipient of Certain LPG Provision and Distribution Assignments with data by name by address with a welfare rating from the relevant ministries/institutions; and
2. Targeting certain LPG users with the following conditions:
a) only certain LPG users have been registered and listed in data by name by address with a welfare rating from the relevant ministries/institutions that can buy certain LPGs; and
b) Certain LPG users who have been registered and listed in the data by name by address as referred to in letter b number 2 letter a) can purchase certain LPGs with restrictions on the volume of purchases of certain LPGs per month per certain LPG users.
"Further provisions regarding the determination of the area and the implementation time in the distribution of certain LPG refills are precisely targeted as referred to in the THIRD Dictum set by the Director General of Oil and Gas of Earth," explained the Fourth Dictum.
"2. Data collection is meant to be the basis that certain LPG purchases can only be made by certain LPG users who have been recorded in a web-based system and/or application as referred to in letter a number 1," explained this new regulation.
