JAKARTA - One HEALTH public health application to replace PeduliLindung was flooded with public complaints on the first day of its launch. Many people cannot log in because they do not get the OTP code on their respective cellphones.
The Health Technology Expert Staff and Chief Digital Transformation Office (DTO) of the Ministry of Health (Kemenkes), Setiaji explained that the error of ONE HEALTH was caused by the large number of accesses carried out at the same time.
"It's more about increasing traffic, so some people can't log in because they're late in getting the OTP code, but not all of them can't log in," Setiaji told reporters, Wednesday, March 1.
Since the complaint emerged, the Ministry of Health's technical team immediately took action. Setiaji claims that currently the use is gradually returning to normal.
If there are people who still cannot use ONE HEALTH, they are asked to use a stored vaccine ticket or certificate.
"You appeal for the time being that people can use tickets or vaccine certificates that are physically and digitally stored for the benefit of certain activities," he explained.
After ONE HEALTH was launched, people who had previously downloaded PeduliLindungi could update the application via the Play Store or App Store, both automatically and manually.
After granting approval of the terms and conditions in ONESEHAT Mobile, users only need to log in with the registered mobile number or email.
Services in SATUSEHAT, in general, are not much different from those in PeduliLindung, ranging from COVID-19 vaccination information, antigen test results and PCR, and QR code scans at check-in.
In addition, there are several new features in this application. The feature is called ‘ healthcare ’ which can record as well as monitor the health condition of yourself and those closest to you.
There are four conditions that will be recorded in this feature, namely body measurement (high and body weight), blood pressure, blood sugar and heart rate. After that, there will be various information such as health curves, analysis, and recommendations for further action.
In its development plan, the Ministry of Health will also add various other personal health support features whose data is sourced and integrated with electronic medical records (RME) through the SATESEHAT Platform.
