Indramayu DPRD Summons Deputy Regent Lucky Hakim To Discuss Resignation Letter

The DPRD summoned Lucky Hakim to ask for an explanation regarding his resignation from the position of Deputy Regent of Indramayu.

JABAR - The Indramayu Regency DPRD summoned Lucky Hakim to ask for an explanation regarding his resignation from the position of Deputy Regent (Wabup) Indramayu.

"We asked Deputy Regent Lucky whether the letter was true or not, and he answered it was all true," said Indramayu District DPRD Chairman Saefudin in Indramayu, West Java, Tuesday, February 28, as quoted by Antara.

Saefudin said that his party together with all faction heads who were in the Indramayu Regency DPRD had met with Deputy Regent Lucky Hakim, to determine whether the letter submitted was from him or not.

In addition, continued Saefudin, the chairmen of the party faction also questioned the resignation of Deputy Regent Lucky. However, Lucky has answered all of them.

Saefudin regretted the resignation of Deputy Regent Lucky, because he was elected at a large amount of money, but they had invited him, because it was Deputy Regent Lucky's political right.

"We really regret the resignation of Deputy Regent Lucky, but this has all become the choice in question, so we will process it," he said.

Meanwhile, Deputy Regent of Indramayu Lucky Hakim said that the resignation from the vice minister's position was ripe, because during his tenure he did not have any authority.

Even Lucky continued, during the past month in February 2023, his party did not come at all to Indramayu Regency, and no one was looking for him at all.

"For a month I didn't go to Indramayu, and during that time no one was looking for it, so I was sure to resign," he said.
