GORONTALO - Gorontalo Food and Drug Supervisory Center (BPOM) supervises the circulation of processed food in Bulog Sub-Division Gorontalo warehouse, in Gorontalo City.

Head of Bulog Sub Division Gorontalo Regional, Munafri Syamsudin, said rice and cooking oil stocks are expected to remain available until Eid al-Fitr 2023.

"Our rice stock now has 100 tons. There will be another 1,200 tons by the end of this month. As for cooking oil, we have distributed 30 thousand liters and will enter 50 thousand liters again," said Munafri.

Munafri revealed that the entry of 1,200 tons of rice stock will be sufficient to meet the needs of the people of Gorontalo during Ramadan to Eid al-Fitr 2023. The availability of these stocks will also be used for market operations in order to stabilize rice prices.
