JAKARTA - General Chairperson of the Golkar DPP Airlangga Hartanto said that currently almost all parties are communicating with them. This is because Golkar has made all parties feel comfortable.

"Currently almost all parties communicate with Golkar. This means that the banyan Golkar tree is very shady and cool, the Golkar Party is nurturing it," said Airlangga at the grand remembrance event and prayer with cadres and elements of the South Sumatra Golkar Party DPD management, in Palembang, Saturday, February 18.

The Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs also said that the Golkar Party would continue to promote meetings with cadres and the community for friendship. Because for Golkar, politics is polite, peaceful, is in the midst of fighting for the Republic of Indonesia, and people's welfare is the most important thing in the program so far.

"The Golkar Party will continue to work internally to strengthen the network. Moreover, in this era of digitalization, it requires everyone," he said.

He also added that the welfare of the community will be achieved if the economy progresses. The reason is, in three years the COVID-19 pandemic, the world's economic condition is unstable, including Indonesia.

"But we are now independent'' from COVID-19 after President Joko Widodo revoked PPKM, although we must remain vigilant," he said.

The Golkar Party, he said, is optimistic that the post-COVID-19 national economy will grow again because all sectors are now starting to move.

"The government is currently generating micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and people's business loans (KUR) with capital loans of up to IDR 500 million and low interest or only six percent," said Airlangga Hartanto.
