Prosecutors Are Not Appealed, Sentences 1.5 Years In Prison Against Bharada E Inkrah

The Attorney General's Office (AGO) representing the public prosecutor (JPU) has decided not to appeal the verdict for Richard totaling alias Bharada E in the premeditated murder case against Yosua alias Brigadier J.

The 1.5-year prison sentence against Bharada E means that it has been signed or has permanent legal force.

"We are not appealing, it is this decision so that it has permanent legal force with considerations," said Deputy Attorney General for General Crimes (Jampidum) of the Attorney General's Office (AGO) Fadil Zumhana to reporters, Thursday, February 16.

Moreover, the Bharada E camp after the trial was finished has also decided not to file an appeal. They seemed satisfied with the 1.5-year sentence handed down by the panel of judges.

On that basis, Fadil firmly stated that the criminal sanctions for Bharada E had permanent legal force.

"So this decision, yesterday I heard from a legal advisor rather than Richard eliezer Pudihang Lumiu, we did not file an appeal," said Fadil.

Meanwhile, the AGO decided not to appeal the decision of the panel of judges who sentenced Bharada E to 1 year and 6 months in prison. One of the reasons is that the Yosua family alias Brigadier J has betrayed you.

The reason for Bharada E's forgiveness by Brigadier J's family was one of the reasons behind the decision.

"We see that the families of these victims, Yosua's mother and Yosua's father and their relatives, I see developments from the trial process until the end of Richard total decision, one attitude of forgiveness based on sincerity," said Fadil.
