The police have named the suspect Arofi Cepi alias Empu (44) because he was caught planting and selling cannabis plants in the Situ Cangkuang area, Leles District.

"The marijuana is produced by itself and sold directly by the suspect," he said.

"This suspect carries a sentence of 15 to 20 years in prison," he said.
