Chairman of the Regional Regulation Formation Agency (Bapemperda) of the DKI Jakarta DPRD, Pantas Nainggolan, said that the DKI Provincial Government cannot directly review the electronic road pricing (ERP) rules in the Draft Regional Regulation (Raperda) on Electronic Traffic Control (PL2SE) without withdrawing the draft Raperda which is now in the DPRD.
Because, said Pantas, the draft Raperda PL2SE which regulates ERP or this paid road system has been designated as a program for the formation of regional regulations (propemperda) in 2023 through a plenary meeting.

"We suggest that it be withdrawn if the changes are comprehensive because this Raperda is one unit with its academic text," Pantas told reporters, Tuesday, February 14.
So far, Pantas admits that he has not received any requests from the DKI Provincial Government regarding the planning for the re-testing of the Raperda PL2SE. Thus, the Bapemperda of the DKI Jakarta DPRD continues to carry out the program's activities normally.
"If the Raperda is not revoked, it means that it will run as usual. Right now we are still discussing the Raperda regarding the master transportation plan. If it has been discussed, then proceed to PL2SE," explained Pantas.
On Monday, February 13, the Head of the DKI Jakarta Transportation Agency, Syafrin Liputo, admitted that his party did not plan to withdraw the draft Raperda PL2SE from the DKI Jakarta DPRD.

Syafrin explained that the procedure for reviewing ERP regulations by the DKI Provincial Government does not mean that it attracts the Raperda from the regional regulation formation program (propemperda).
