Just like Ferdy Sambo, the panel of judges in his decision believed Putri Candrawathi violated Article 340 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 Paragraph 1 to (1) of the Criminal Code. "He consciously assured that he participated in the murder and planned to impose a sentence on the defendant with a prison sentence of 20 years," said Chief Judge Wahyu.
